Workers who do not arrive with all pertinent paperwork and tickets will not be allowed entry to site. All temporary training tickets are only valid for 90 Days. Upon receipt of permanent tickets they must be provided to the site office.

Required VALID tickets and/or proof of training
Applicants must arrive to site with original hard copy valid tickets and/or proof of training in:
- H2S Alive – available through www.enform.ca
- CSTS – available online at http://www.acsa-safety.org/
- WHIMIS Training
- Global Ground Disturbance 201 – available online at https://www.bistrainer.com/index.cfm?action=store.CourseDetails&ProdID=37827&category=167&Language=1&promocode=ACSA15
- Current 5 year Commercial Driver’s Abstract – available through your applicable motor vehicle authority
- Direct Deposit Form from your banking institution for Payroll
Christina Lake Site Requirements

- EHS Site General Orientation HAS136
- Field Accommodations HAS023
- Safe Work Permit Management HAS125 (Select Trainings+)
- Christina Lake Site-specific Orientation HAS167

- CLAWR Accountability Form – printed off at the end of the CLAWR Orientation

- H2S Code of Practice
- Power Line Safety Awareness
- Foster Creek Power Line High Load Transport Procedures
- Foster Creek Power Line and Apparatus Encroachment Procedures
